You don't need an expensive gym membership to transform your body! A pair of dumbells and a determined mind is all it takes to become fit. In this game, your objective is to build muscle, become strong, and take part in competitions. You start your journey with simple tools but don't worry. You can train your upper and lower body, and you can select which region you want to work on from the right side of the screen. To work out, keep clicking on the screen. The orange bar at the top shows your stamina. Reducing the bar at the red zone means you are straining yourself and will need to take rest. The blue bar above your stamina is your level. As you level up you will earn points and can upgrade your stats such as upper and lower body strength and your stamina. As you work out you will also earn money. But to earn big sums of cash, you should take part in competitions. Try your best to complete as many moves as you can to reach a record during competitions. With the money, you can buy more and better equipment from the shop! Enjoy!
