Your objective is to manage the hospital in this game, and you start the game as a new doctor. As you play, patients will arrive at the hospital and you will need rooms to treat them. Use the build menu to pick and place the required rooms in the available spaces. Then click and drag a patient to these rooms to start their treatment. You can apply medicine to speed up their treatment process. You should also focus on clearing the dirt and trash from the building to open more room space! You can use the map to visit the different locations in the city to help people in need. As you treat people, they will pay you for your services, and you can use this income to upgrade the hospital and even unlock new floors, but for the latter, you will need to increase your rank.
